It’s all about me!

I got my first bouqet of flowers sent to me for my birthday.  Though I did end up going to pick them up.  It was still kewl.  Thanks Dan and Sandra!!

Yeah, so.  What is going on?  I really wish I had something new and interesting to say.  Not so much.  Pretty tame weekend, it was crazy cold and lots of snow so I stayed home mostly.  Lots of sleeping, lots of cooking and baking.  Got lunches made for weeks.   I did go over to Jo’s where Clay made a great Jambalya.  So good…  And then we played a few rounds of Monopoly.  Clay bankrupted us once and I won once.  Jo, unfortunately has no monopoly luck or skills.   It is quite sad.

Umm…  Seriously!!!

 

Yeah, poor roads combined with a snowfall warning.  We decided to try another weekend.

This weekend is an ADO weekend for us, so hopefully Jo and I will be heading down to Edmonton to do some Christmas shopping and to have some fun at Cook County!! Yee-haw.  We are going to see how the roads are tomorrow, and make our decision then. 
  

So Denise hosted our 2nd dinner last night.  It was soo good.  She made Ham with pineapples and cherries, potatoes, and baked beans.  And then she made this ridiculous desert that was sooo good and so rich.  It was an Oreo cake.  Wow!!
